All prices above are in AUD and include a fully equipped party bus with driver. The 14-seater Tram is licensed for BYO alcohol, meaning your group can bring your own drinks on board for the ride – a unique perk for a smaller bus.

Planning a Swan Valley wine or brewery tour? Our wine tour packages typically run for 6 hours (for example, 11am to 5pm is a popular timeframe). This gives your group plenty of time to visit 3–4 venues in the Swan Valley without rushing. Here’s what to expect from a wine tour with Limo Bus 430:

• Flexible Scheduling: We’ll work with you on pickup times – while 11am–5pm works best for many, we’re happy to adjust if you prefer a later start or need to finish earlier. The day is yours to customize!
• Multiple Stops: Usually, groups visit three or four stops (wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc.). We have lots of experience in the Swan Valley, so we can suggest popular spots or you can choose your own must-visit venues. It’s a good idea to book your tastings and lunch in advance so venues can accommodate your group.
• Tasting Fees: Most wineries/breweries have small tasting fees in the range of $5–$10 per person, which you can pay on the day. Often, if you make a purchase, they’ll waive the tasting fee – but it’s best to ask when you book. These fees are not included in our bus price.
• Lunch Stop: Plan for a lunch break during the tour. Many venues offer group meal deals. For example, Ironbark Brewery in Swan Valley has a shared platter lunch special for around $18 per head – they’ll bring out an assortment of wood-fired pizzas, platters, and wedges for your group. Deals like this make it easy to keep everyone fed and happy without a huge cost. Be sure to inquire with your chosen lunch venue about group menus or deals when booking.
• Booking Your Stops: Once you reserve the bus with us, you’re free to lock in your stops directly with the wineries/breweries. Simply let them know your estimated arrival times. (Tip: We can provide a sample schedule template if you need it, to help plan out what time you’ll arrive at each stop.) We recommend booking your venues well in advance – especially for larger groups – to ensure you get a spot, as weekends can be busy in the Valley.

Want to hit the town with a rolling party of your own? Our pub crawl packages are a great way to experience multiple bars and nightlife spots with all your friends along for the ride. We offer daytime pub crawls (typically 11am–5pm) and nighttime pub crawls (usually 6pm–12am). Here are some key details about booking a pub crawl on a Limo Bus 430:

• Up to 6 Hours Included: The pub crawl prices above cover up to a 6-hour rental, which is usually plenty of time to visit several venues. You can certainly finish earlier if you like – just note the package price is the same, as we reserve the bus exclusively for your group during that period.
• Flexible Itinerary (3–5 Stops): Most pub crawls involve around 3 or 4 venue stops, with roughly an hour at each stop (this can be flexible depending on your preference and venue location). If you want a quicker crawl or a longer stay at a certain bar, just let the driver know – we’re easygoing and here to make sure you have a blast.
• Pickup & Drop-off: We can pick up from any address (home, hotel, etc.) or a central meeting point. The route typically stays within about a 25-minute radius of Perth City for convenience, but we’re open to your ideas. We’ll also handle the final drop-off, whether it’s back to the starting point or another location (some groups like to finish the night at a club or in the CBD).
• Mystery or Custom Crawl: Feeling adventurous? We can turn it into a mystery pub crawl – just hop on and let our team choose the venues for a surprise night out! (We know lots of great spots.) If you prefer to pick your own stops, that’s totally fine too. You can also mix and match – tell us a few of your favorite bars and let us suggest additional ones to spice it up.
• No Rush, No Worries: Our driver will keep the night running smoothly, making sure everyone gets between venues safely and on time. If you’re having an awesome time at one spot and want to linger a bit longer, we can adjust on the fly. The bus is yours for the duration, so the schedule can be as strict or as relaxed as you want.
• Exclusive Booking: We only book one group per bus, per night/day – so you have the bus dedicated to your party. Even if you wrap up an hour early, that’s okay; we won’t fill that time with another job. (This is why the pricing is a flat rate for up to 6 hours.) The upside is you have full flexibility and no one else to worry about! ????

Just bring your crew and your best energy – we’ll handle the rest!

Our standard prices listed above apply for pickups and drop-offs within the Perth metro area (generally up to about 30–35 km from Perth CBD). If your itinerary involves traveling further out, there may be a travel surcharge to cover the extra distance and time. Here’s how it works:

• For pickups (or final drop-offs) beyond ~35 km from Perth CBD, an additional fee typically applies. In most cases this is around $100–$150 extra, depending on how far out you are. This mainly affects areas well outside the metro vicinity (for example, going north beyond Joondalup or south beyond Rockingham).
• We will let you know upfront if any distance surcharge is applicable once you provide your pickup/drop-off locations. There are no surprise fees – everything is confirmed in your quote.
• One way to avoid higher charges is to have your final drop-off closer to the city. For instance, if your event ends at a venue far out, some groups choose to ride back and finish in the Perth CBD or a central location instead of a return drop-off outside the metro area. We’re flexible – just discuss your plans with us and we’ll find the best solution cost-wise.
• The additional charge covers the driver’s time and fuel for the long trip back and forth. If both your pickup and drop-off are outside the 35km range, the fee may be on the higher end (since we’re traveling that distance twice). If only one leg is outside (e.g., picking up in the far suburbs but ending in the city), the fee might be minimal or split. We’ll clarify all this when booking.

In short, most Perth-area bookings won’t incur any extra fee. But if you’re located farther out, just be aware of the possible surcharge. We aim to keep it reasonable (usually $100–$150 as noted) and we’ll communicate any such cost clearly when you get your quote.
